This is an old Japanese sword tsuba. This is hand forged iron with silver Plum Blossom flowers, branches with a silver moon poking out behind clouds and gold dew drops on a stippled background. This measures about 2 13/16″ high, 2 5/8″ wide and 1/8″ deep, inside 1 1/8″ high, 5/16″ wide and 1/8″ deep. THIS ITEMS CONDITION REPORT. This has rubbed and missing gold and needs cleaning. This weighs about 3.8 oz before packing. On expensive fragile items, we may need to double box them. This will require additional labor and material costs. EVERY ITEM IS GUARANTEED TO BE THE ONE SHOWN IN MY IMAGES. I sell mostly antiques and collectibles, which will usually have the normal wear that you would expect to occur from normal use and age.
