Jidai (era) : late 16th century Momoyama era, circa 1570’s. Open work Kiku /. Fine iron sukashi Tsuba with a beautiful & very well balanced & very elegant. Well executed fine symmetrical. In to the space of Kiku /. A strong beautiful design mix with A beautiful patina. A silky rich & deep dark black chocolate brown patina.
