Aizu Shoami is a type of tsubas made by the Shoami school in Aizu Wakamatsu. The Shoami school originated in Kyoto in the late Muromachi period. Iyo, Awa, Aizu, and other regions. Many of these works are made of iron with gold inlays and color painting.
