Tsuba Heianjo Inlaid Chrysanthemum Very small. Chigo TsubaA tsuba for a child made in the Edo period. Size: 5.63×5.35×0.36cm (2.22×2.11×0.14in). Weight: 44g (1.55oz). It is a very small tsuba. It was made in the Edo period, commissioned with the hope that the samurai’s child would grow up healthy. Even though it is small, it is crafted just as well as an adult’s tsuba. The chrysanthemum-shaped tsuba is inlaid with brass. Because it is an antique, please examine the condition carefully by looking at the pictures. The box is not included.
